Privacy

Last updated 27 October 2026. This explains what Baja AI LLC, trading as GoodWord Sites, collects and why.

This website

goodwordsites.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads.

What we collect

• Public business information: your business's name, address, phone number, hours, ratings and reviews from public sources such as Google. We use it to build a preview of your site.
• What you send us: your email address and messages, the changes you ask for, and any photos, logo or text you upload.
• Preview and postcard activity: the buttons you press and forms you send on a preview. When you scan a postcard's QR code, we record the time, your browser type and your country.
• Payments: Stripe handles every payment. We see what you bought and your email address, never your card number.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run GoodWord Sites:

• Cloudflare, which hosts our sites and forms
• Google Workspace, for email
• Stripe, for payments and online stores
• Google Places and Apify, to look up public business listings and reviews
• Our postcard printer, for your business's mailing address

Emails and postcards from us

If we contact you about a preview and you don't want to hear from us again, reply to say so or email hello@goodwordsites.com. We stop.

Removing your information

Email hello@goodwordsites.com to have your preview taken down and your information deleted. If you're a customer, we keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
